The Good Catch Dinner, sponsored by the South Carolina Aquarium, features four courses from Chef Sean Kelly. Sustainable seafood is paired with select wine varietals. Courses include an oyster trio, grilled King Mackerel with artichoke broth, prosciutto-wrapped swordfish, and a ginger pumpkin tart. The evening starts with a cocktail hour and passed hors d'oeuvres.
