Gabrielle Charleston is the signature restaurant at luxurious Hotel Bennett, which opened in January 2019. Centrally located to all of the culture, cuisine, and charm Charleston has to offer, Gabrielle seamlessly blends unparalleled luxury, an unmatched setting, and the high level of gracious hospitality for which Charleston is renowned. With over 25 years of restaurant experience and international culinary training, Gabrielle is helmed by Executive Chef Michael Sichel, who created the menu inspired by both his extensive culinary background and the local bounty of Coastal Carolina. The lavish two-tiered signature restaurant features terraces overlooking the iconic Marion Square, and The Plaza, Gabrielle Charleston's al fresco dining space.
