Monday

Andrew Beam brings the country to Red’s Ice House, starting at at 6 p.m.

Test your trivia skills at Smoke BBQ in Mt. Pleasant; the games begin at 7 p.m.

Stop by The Brick at 8:30 p.m. for a Name That Music party where guests use their musical knowledge to win prizes every half hour.

Tuesday

Vassiliki Falkehag takes over Redux Contemporary Art with an interactive sculpture installation, open from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

Join How Art Thou Jazz and Tapas Bar for a jazz jam with Andre, starting at 7 p.m.

Pour House hosts Jonathan Peace Trio at 6 p.m.

Stop by PURE Theatre for their monthly open mic poetry slam at 7:30 p.m.

Wednesday

Catch a flick under the stars on Folly Beach; this week’s pick, Moana, will begin around sundown.

Whiskey Diablo takes the Windjammer stage at 10 p.m.

Craft Conundrum’s Speakeasy open mic runs from 6-9 p.m.

Aspiring comedians, head over to Local 616 for a chance to test your skills; sign-up for the open mic begins at 8:30 p.m., and the show begins at 9 p.m.

Thursday

The Larry David Project brings funk, jazz, rock and hip-hop to Red’s Ice House from 6-9 p.m.

The North Charleston Farmer’s Market runs from 4:30-6:30 p.m., offering up live music, local goods and more at Park Circle.

Head over to the Folly Beach Crab Shack to hear the Island Duo at 7 p.m.

Friday

MiDiCi celebrates its grand opening by offering a free margherita pizza to all dine in customers from 11-12 p.m.

The Palmetto Loading Dock series offers a family-friendly way to ring in the weekend, starting at 6 p.m. at Palmetto Brewing Co.

Head to Redux Contemporary Art studio for the opening night reception of Austin Norvell's new installation, Loaded, starting at 6 p.m.

Saturday

Get your fill of local produce at the downtown farmers market, which runs from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at Marion Square.

Freehouse Brewery’s open mic takes place from 4-7 p.m.

Sweet T takes the stage at 6pm at Loggerhead’s Beach Grill.

Get the crew together for a night of team bingo at Manny’s Neighborhood Grille at 7 p.m.

Sunday

Celadon’s monthly flea market offers local crafts, fresh produce and fresh food from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

Prohibition offers up a free swing dance lesson followed by live jazz music from the V-Tones; the fun starts at 6:30 p.m.

Jeff Bateman and Craig Lathey play at The Washout from 6:30-9:30 p.m.
