The Charles Pinckney National Historic Site is hosting a free program exploring Eliza Lucas Pinckney's success in experimenting with and producing indigo, a product that became the second largest export of the Carolinas. Visitors will learn about Pinckney's struggles and her life as part of education for Women's History Month.
