In "tinman's" post we see the same tired, pin-headed(I mean close-minded.) view skaters have had to deal with since the '70s. Within minutes, you can have a bike somewhere, out of town, where you can ride pretty much without restriction. Have fun, really; but this has never been the case for skaters as one needs specific conditions to be met in order to skate safely and enjoyably. I applaud the fine folks at PIN and encourage all to lend a hand, or good word, to their efforts. A legitimate skate park would only be a recreational and economic boon to this great community.
