Maybe if they raised the minimum wage, people with little skills might actually be able to work, and afford to pay their way through life. Its nobodys business why they are on the streets. It can happen to anybody. Making ends meet is hard these days and our society. A little compassion goes a long way. I dont care if they take my money and drink or smoke up. If you are living under these conditions and are that bad off, your next drink is on me. Cheers.
