If it ain't broke, don't fix it
Husband-and-wife team Marcus R. Alford and Annie Day have faithfully served audiences of all ages since 1994 with Dancentre South Company. Composed of pre-professionals and professionals from ages 15 to 56, the company mainly focuses on performance exposure.

He's bringin' sexy back
It's been two years since Alford made a solo appearance at Piccolo, though that doesn't mean he hasn't stayed busy in his down time. When animatedly describing his "return to the stage," Alford says his first solo will be to the Tom Jones song "With Rhythm and Style."

They're well-rounded
"The nice thing about Spoleto is that we're pushed to be well-versed, and not just in one vein," says Alford.
