Re: “Consign Charleston

So you paid for the glass, (you didn't have to,as you pointed out)
And left your CC info with them, (illegal, as you pointed out) And THEN , YOU were supposed to pick up the glass at the glass shop and take it over !?!?!?
Sounds like you work for "the competitors" shop ! BTW: you tried to open a large trunk, with a larger piece of glass on it ? 1- you had to lift the glass to get at the trunk, 2- you have to be an idiot not to think that it wasn't going to fall off, (do you turn over a glass top table, with the glass on it ?) This is a FAKE REVIEW !!!!!

Re: “End of an Era: Musician Michael Flynn is leaving Charleston

Let me know when you find that Mayberry, I've been looking for it for decades.
All the little / cheap towns I've found are waaaay, out in the boonies, with no way to make what little money you need to live there.

Re: “Culinary Institute of Charleston looks to high schoolers to increase declining enrollment

ANY debt, so that you can get a $10.00 an hr job, is absurd. if you're willing to work 60-70 hrs a week as a Sous chef, you can make livable money, not have a life, but livable money. Such is the case with C'towns food industry, instead of a raise, they give you the boot, because there are so many restaurant workers out there ready to work for more peanuts.

Re: “Gentrification hits home (and businesses) in Charleston

To be clear, this is nothing more than an observation. The people with the money make the rules, and make more money. C'town is driven by developers, that don't have to deal with, traffic, affordable housing, or where the grocery store is located, they have it delivered.

Re: “Charleston deserves the distinction of being Bicycling mag's "Worst City for Bicycling"

Any thing that keeps MORE people from coming here, I'm all for. Unless they all ride bikes!
