When it comes to romantic fine dining, Circa 1886 at The Wentworth Mansion is about as luxe as you can get. For more than a decade, executive chef Marc Collins has focused on high-quality, local ingredients to create light and vibrant dishes. In 2019, Collins launched a new menu focusing on the humble beginnings and multinational influences of South Carolina foodways, and how that translates to the plate today. Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sat 5 p.m.-7 p.m.: $7 before 7 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Mon.-Sat. guests can select from a list of wines and specialty cocktails created by Circa mixologist, all costing only $7 each. Wines will vary and include a choice of sparkling, two white wines, and two red wines.
