Charleston Bluegrass Festival Staff Pick

When: Fri., March 30, 5 p.m. and Sat., March 31, 10 a.m. 2018
Price: $15+
Start your toe-tapping now — the Charleston Bluegrass Festival pops up at Awendaw Green this weekend, and with it comes a ton of great bluegrass music. If you’re interested in camping out (to get the full effect of all things, well, grassy) there are RV spots available, as well as an offsite camping location, accessible by shuttle. Now for that aformentioned bluegrass: this weekend includes artists like River Boy, Southbound 17, Dallas Baker and Friends, Pinkerton and the Brinks, The Pluff Mud String Band, Marshgrass Mamas, The Lowhills, The Hungry Monks, and a whole lot more. Food will be available for purchase from Holy City Popcorn, The Roost Bar ‘N Grille, El Pinchotaco, Trolly Dolly Treats, and Damiano’s Wood Fired Pizza. Wash it all down with fres local brews (and cider) from COAST, Freehouse, Tradesman, Low Tide, Commonhouse Aleworks, and Ship’s Wheel. See y’all there.
