Woo-wee, do people like Callie's biscuits. Saveur, Food + Wine, and Oprah have all raved about how good Callie's Charleston Biscuits taste. They are made by hand by a group of bakers and then vacuum-sealed and sold frozen for people to pop in the oven. Callie's biscuits come in both salty and sweet flavors — country ham, cinnamon, cheese and chive, and good old buttermilk. Callie White and her daughter Carrie Morey also make their own pimento cheese, which comes in regular and spicy versions. Callie's buttery biscuits are sold all over the country.
