Burwell's Stonefire Grill serves wood-fired steaks with their BMS (Beef Marbling Standard) score right there on the menu. They have your requisite steakhouse strip, ribeye, and filet, plus a Wagyu hanger steak and "Sustainable Chef's Plate" featuring carved Brasstown tenderloin, roasted potato, bell peppers, mushrooms, green beans, and poblano crema. They also have fresh seafood ranging from jumbo sea scallops to oysters on the half-shell and local shrimp cocktail. Their libations list is divided into craft cocktails; classic cocktails; local, domestic, and imported brews in cans, bottles, and drafts; and wine selections are categorized by varietal. Burwell's also has a "food and bev night" on Sundays and Mondays — after 7 p.m., all hospitality employees will have access to a special discounted menu.
