Since we dry-stack our boat, we don't have first hand experience regarding trash at the public boat landings. However, a lot of the trash found along our Low Country waterways, also comes by way of littering along the highways. Eventually this litter finds its way into the watershed, tidal marshes, etc, after heavy rains. In my 60+ year lifetime, with all of the "education" about not littering, one would think that littering would be significantly less than it is.
