Blossom's Thanksgiving menu will feature slow roasted free-range turkey with cornbread and house-made sausage stuffing, slow cooked green beans, whipped potatoes, candied cranberries, and giblet gravy, and red wine-braised lamb shank with Anson Mills slow-roasted polenta with pistachios and rosemary, port-braised cherries, gremolata and braising jus.
