When it comes to sniffing out a scoundrel in the Charleston restaurant scene, the Post & Courier’s Hanna Raskin is on the case. This past year we got a chance to profile the reporter and critic, and it was enlightening. Raskin isn’t looking for friends in this city, and that seems to be working to her advantage. In the past year she’s revealed tipping corruption, unpaid wages, and more than one lawsuit over discrimination. Nice work, take-em-to-task-Rask.
