Best Place to Watch Tourists Happily Buy Hot Sauce They Can Probably Pick Up at Their Hometown Grocery Store

The Market

The times are good to be a beer drinker. You might even say that right now is the golden age of beer. The dark ages of watered down, bitter beer-face booze are over. Long live the import, the hometown brewer, the high-gravity, the Magic Hat variety pack. The same sort of thing can be said for hot sauce. No longer is it a world dominated by Tabasco and Texas Pete, both two perfectly fine pepper sauces, mind you. Now, it seems like every dude and his brother has their own personal brand of hot sauce, and you can find quite a few of them at the grocery store down the street from where you live. (And yes, this is probably true even in Ohio.) Which is why we feel a bit sorry for the tourists who shuffle through the Market each week and happily shell out money on hot sauce they can likely buy at the stores back home. That said, for the sake of our local economy, we're sure glad that they do.
