After packaging craft-brewded ale in kegs during their first few years, microbrewery COAST installed new bottling equipment for filling, capping, and labeling two of their beers into 22-ounce amber glass “bomber” bottles. Last fall, owners/brewers David Merritt and Jaime Tenney quickly worked out a few kinks and started bottling two of their signature varieties — the golden-colored 32/50 Kölsch ale and the hoppy, amber-colored HopArt IPA —in 22-ounce bombers. Now, it’s conveniently COAST time any time.
