Best Hair to Leave City Hall

Tim Keane

Staff Pick

When former Charleston Planning Director Tim Keane announced he was leaving for Atlanta, the Charleston Regional Business Journal was able to put into words what made the man so dear to our hearts. It wasn’t Keane’s skill or vision or his ability to remain calm under pressure. No, it was his hair. Thick and untamed, like a thriving amber forest untouched by civilization, these were the locks that guided the growth of a city. Thanks to the folks at the Business Journal, Charleston was able to say one final goodbye to Keane and his fiery mane that captivated a community. —Dustin Waters
