Back in 2006, Nashville Scene food critic Kay West wrote a story for us about Chef Sean Brock, who was relocating from the Hermitage Hotel's Capitol Grille in Nash-Vegas to a new job at the helm of McCrady's. "So Charleston, in this tale of two cities, you won, we lost," she presciently wrote. "With Sean Brock's return, one of your oldest, most historic restaurants is embarking on an all-new adventure." And boy, has it. Brock dropped like a bomb on Charleston's food scene, and there's been no looking back.
