Barenaked Ladies head to PAC

The goofy Canadian popsters are back this spring with a new album

Revived and fresh off of a Winter Olympics performance in Vancouver, multi-platinum Canadian alt-rock veterans Barenaked Ladies launch their North American tour this week. Drummer/singer Tyler Stewart, singer/guitarist Ed Robertson, keyboardist/guitarist Kevin Hearn, and bassist Jim Creeggan bring their show to the North Charleston Performing Arts Center on Sat. June 5. Tickets for reserved seats go on sale for the concert on Fri. Feb. 26 at 10 a.m.

The Ladies plan to release a new studio album titled All in Good Time (Raisin' Records/EMI) on March 30. To celebrate the release, every online ticket transaction will include a download of the new album. In addition, fans who redeem the download the first week of the album's release will also receive an exclusive bonus track.

After a string if hit singles ("Be My Yoko Ono," "If I Had a $1,000,000," and "Brian Wilson") and touring success in their native Ontario, Barenaked Ladies exploded onto the American scene in 1998 with the infectious hit "One Week," from their chart-topping album Stunt.

Tickets will be available for $38.50 at the Coliseum box office, all Ticketmaster outlets (including select Publix grocery stores), by phone at 1-800-745-3000, or online at ticketmaster.com
