Chef de Cuisine Jonathan Banta will produce a menu to complement Anne Amie Vineyard’s offerings. Winemaker Thomas Houseman will treat guests to a personal presentation, giving the winemaker’s perspective on the industry, his in-depth knowledge of his product as well as his unique introduction to the craft.
