Re: “Amen Street Fish and Raw Bar

There is a new chef in the kitchen and for fans of now defunct Coco's Cafe in Mt. P, you'll recognize him right away. Yup. I can't wait for him to add his own spin to the menu.

Re: “The horrors of the gluten-sensitive sufferer

Chef Christopher Stallard at Chai's has created a pretty impressive gluten-free menu. Being a former culinary instructor at the Arts Institute and having some celiac friends has allowed him to work around the necessity for gluten in every dish and it's all quite yummy.

Re: “Local Foodies Share Their Beefs

The best baguettes in town were made by a chef named Stephen Ollard, you once owned Coco's Cafe and also sold his divine breads at the Mt. P Farmer's Market up until the restaurant closed. So chef, if you're reading this, I think it's time to get baking again.
