QR Codes

QR Codes are small barcodes, usually printed, that offer the opportunity to see more information on your iPhone or Android based smartphones. We use them at the City Paper to offer direct links to event and location listings. Also, we offer additional media like videos and MP3s related to stories.

You may have seen them popping up in various magazines, ads, and coupons. They're a great way of connecting to additional resources and rich content with a fast scan.

Their are plenty of free and paid phone apps that offer various features. We've tested the ones below and found them easy to use and accurate. They're also free.
