Yes make it legal so we can finally focus on more important things!

Re: “Perception is not the reality for housing in Mt. Pleasant

Everybody needs everybody. You need someone to work at the gas station and behind the counter at CVS. You need someone to work at your local grocery store, so you can quickly get in and out. If you have a lack of workers as stated above, then quality goes way down, and you will have longer wait times everywhere. Eventually, that business will have to increase their pay rate or close down (fewer amenities). Companies in large and expensive cities understand this. Why don't we? You cannot have luxury and convenience without a cost. There has to be a balance, no matter where you live. The minimum wage people or service workers are just as important as anyone else. Do you know why you can count on Starbucks and Chick-fil-a to deliver decent service, quality food, quickly? They pay their workers better, and they ensure they are never understaffed. People are overworked, due to always being short-staffed and underpaid because no one can afford to live on such low-wages. Those people will move on to better working conditions, and you won't have the convenience of stopping for a McMuffin or Bagel in the morning when you're in a hurry to get to work. Ever wonder why so many burger kings are closing down? Imbalance.

Re: “Esperanza Spalding casts her spells on the Cistern audience

This was a very poor experience for her trip to Charleston. She will probably never return..man what happened? I was supposed to go last night but started feeling ill. Perhaps it was good I stayed home because I probably would've been angry/embarrassed with the audience. She is such a gift!
