The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Guess thats what I get for not reading the plethora of other bad reviews on here. I spent $173 and not only was the delivery over a day late (with no call advising) but what was delivered was even worse. The arrangement was missing flowers, the vase and looked like something my twelve year old did with his left hand. I called and was greeted by a, "can I help you?" After verifying the person who answered indeed worked for Blossoms & Stems I explained my situation. The OWNER tells me the recipient of the arrangement would need to return what inventory they had lost on the transaction for me to get a $90 refund. She also refused to see a picture of what was delivered and adamant that the arrangement was filled to order. She also argued that the recipient was over the moon excited to get the flowers thus making my argument invalid. My ANGEL future sister-in-law would never scoff at delivered flowers. She deserved the beautiful $173 arrangement we chose for her even though it wouldn't have touched the time and money she spent on our baby shower. Unprofessional, lazy, unorganized, unapologetic, ignorant, the list goes on and on.
