Re: “Charleston protesters will stand against firing of Jeff Sessions in Marion Square on Thursday at 5 p.m.

Ya pack it up! Get the hell off the stage before you make a terrible ass of yourself being a highly corrupted incompetant official who is embarrassing himself trying to make millions with book deals. BOO! I never even heard of you till now, but boo! You suck mr sessions. Get out of our sight before we lock you up for LYING in order to get attention. There is no Russian collusion and you just supported racist CNN war mongering.

Re: “Saturday's Women's March Rally for Electoral Justice focused on intersectionality, women in office

I'm as bad as Zee now but come on! How many writers on CCP attended and graduated from Burke High School, which is due to be shut down (apparently?). As tawdry and cliche as it sounds, women are maternal - of course setting an example by being fierce and loud is one thing, but do they do not care for the kids? Where the fuck are the protests for drastic education reforms? More money for teachers and school resources. Nah. That's usually just poor, fed up black women, working women who get the state minimum for some crap job and don't have the luxury of protesting. Women's rights is one thing but this is entirely misguided.

Are we all still ignoring the elephant in the room, that being Zee?

To speak Zee to you, bro (that being caps) CHILL!! THE!! FUCK!! OUT!! - channel that internet energy into something productive. Stick with the stories, keep off your tangents. No one cares and you do a bad job of pretending to cycle back to the original crap that started you on an blood-level-rising piece to begin with. Chill, man, and let people be.

As for me, I'm without words. I lived by the Septima P Clark expressway for a few years. I got curious and googled her when I lived out there because I wondered where the name came from. Five years later we're remembering suddenly who the fuck she was, in light of some Donald Trump shit? For shame. As a woman myself I'm glad to see her name getting out there but what a piss-poor excuse to use it against such a bufoon. Who was citing her and her good deeds when the education in Charleston and SC at large was a joke?? Why wasn't she an emblem of pride and education back then? People need to get their priorities in order. Children first, give them the education (and budget for it!) they need, then we can focus on other things. Half the women out there making sure their voice is heard (and why? To show your spunk?) send their children to private school. Again, I say, education reform! Decent schools, decent kids. Privileged women to the back on the line on this one.

Re: “Charleston parking meter rates will go up to $2 an hour in 2018

Re: “The Agenda: Graham says military intervention in N. Korea 30 percent likely; N. Chs. moves ahead with annexation

It's not surprising to see SC on there. We live in our little Charleston bubble full of transplants anyway, monied people moving here or faux hipster transients that snag jobs in all the readily available food and bev *scene*. Take a drive outside through the state sometime and it's easy to see why it ranked #3
