David Kyle. You're wrong. It's because individual vs business is tricky so businesses are able to setup clauses and contingency plans due to bad renters trying to work the system to get to stay in the home when they don't deserve to. I.e. because of not paying rent. Which means if the tenant is able to fight back and has that kind of money then they pay for a lawyer but usually it's the tenant getting screwed by the legal system because the Property Management is typically the only ones who have legal counsel and financial backing enough to go to court. Most of us just get screwed.
