Re: “Long Point Grill

This is a hidden gem in Mt. Pleasant. My wife and I frequent this place, and only once have I ever had a bad experience. That one time was when my entree had probably been sitting for a few minutes, and was warm at best. Again, that was only one time. Their service and food are great. I've tried almost everything on the menu, and I haven't been disappointed yet. Their specials are also very delicious and unique. I highly recommend this place. They have a little bit of everything, and the prices are good.

Re: “Zocalo's south of the border street food tastes better with tequila

Based on some of the actual reviews, I'll give this place a shot. If they have bad service, they won't last long. I usually give a place two strikes before writing it off. I'll report back.

Also, I agree with FactoryConnection. Mayor, this is the lamest comment ever. I'll take it one step further...

No Italian restaurant in town is good at all, because it's not in Italy. Man, forget about getting French cuisine, too, because we live in the U.S. I'm sure wherever the food originated from is probably the best in that place, but that doesn't mean you can't get good food outside of that region.

Mayor, I read your other reviews/comments, too. Just do us a favor and stop. It's good to see that you liked at least one place, though. Now we know you don't hate everything.

Arrogant or not, 17North has awesome food, service, and atmosphere (out back).
