Re: “Crescent Connection and Cajun Kountry Café blow into town

Kajun Kountry is great food with folksy service. Everything is blended into a perfect taste. The first time we went my wife, after an alligator appitizer, ordered the combination which turned out to be four bowls of ettoufee, gumbo, jambalaya and red beans, plus a huge pile of crawfish. We both "commenced to eatin' " that stuff; then the chef came out and explained he hadn't yet prepared my blackened catfish because, considering what we had in front of us, I might not want more. He was right. I recommend that combo, along with an appetizer, for any couple into great food. We've been back for smoked alligator ribs, and sandwiches too.
