Re: “Stegelin: The Book of Moron

It wasn't Barack Obama.

President Ronald Reagan made that statement as well as creating the campaign slogan, "Make America Great Again". Trump admires Reagan but somehow I don't think the feelings would be mutual today since it tarnishes Reagan's class.

Re: “Stegelin: The Book of Moron

What president said, "I believe in the idea of amnesty for those who have put down roots and who have lived here even though sometime back they may have entered illegally."? No Googling, try your mind instead.

Re: “Stegelin: Weathering the storm

If you live in "hurricane alley", then you should own a generator. Not a big one, but maybe one from the big box store, a 4000 watt, for the huge price of $229.00 on sale? Does not take up much space, but is a true life saver once the grid stops supplying. It is what those who "Plan ahead" do. The others suffer.

Re: “Stegelin: Trumpian Rhapsody

The Syrian War is simply GENOCIDE. The USA should be ashamed of allowing itself to be manipulated by Saudi Arabia like that

Re: “Stegelin: Russki business

The president will never, ever admit hacking took place. Why? Because he feels it de-legitimizes his election and no matter the proof, he will never relent because of his narcissistic ego. To be truthful, the hacking did affect the voter turnout and the misinformation spread, certainly changed votes. So HRC would have taken the EC had the Russians not interfered - there's no doubt in my mind. That was the whole point of the Russian hacking because Russia was SCARED of HRC, which is certainly not something that can be said of Trump. And this denial will affect national security because it gives Putin Carte Blanche to proceed with wordly atrocities. It rewards his illegal and inhumane aggression to destroy the sovereignty of surrounding nations to further his power and wealth, which only goes to make Russia the new super-power and the USA the laughing stock of the world. Trump's an ineffective protector due to his vanity and greed.

Re: “Stegelin: Russki business

Why do we hate Russians? I like Russia! Awesome place even to just visit. Is the cold war just an excuse to kill everyone between here and russia off?

Stop playing CHESS in the middle east (with ISrael as your queen) USA before you cause a war nobody can back away from or win.

Stop causing ISIS mercenaries to kill innocent people with weapons purposely left in IRAQ. Stop the genocide! The threat from these people is BULLSHIT, and an excuse to sell weapons.

What criminal SATANISTS have been running this country since after WW2 anyways?
Talk about the promised land being a LIE.
YOu people are not even Jewish like me so you are nothing but scary crazy dellusional religious NUTS.

Re: “Stegelin: What's covered?

Its okay Stegelin, erectile issues may be covered, but the prescription pills will still cost you $300 a month so you cannot afford them on top of your insurance premiums, up front co-pays, and other costs. Just tape a tongue depressor to the bottom of it and hope for the best.

Re: “What're you scared of?

Trying to understand this cartoon. Is it saying that only white Americans feel they have a right to carry a weapon for self protection, or that All Americans should be against the 'Constitutional Carry bill' because it might make it hard for terrorists to be noticed when they walk armed down the street?

If you are a citizen of the United States, the Constitution applies to you. The second amendment is a CIVIL right, just like freedom of speech.

Re: “Stegelin: The bill that launched a thousand investigations

Really! Statistics show a steady decline in sex-related crimes even though the availability of "it" has increased exponentially. Lawmakers should be focusing on real issues like roads in such disrepair they are destroying our cars and causing accidents, sometimes with terrible results.

Re: “Stegelin: This week in 'Trump History'

In some disturbing news yesterday, President Trump tweeted about how unfairly a well-known retailer had treated his daughter. While not disturbing in, and of itself, the tweet posted WHILE he was receiving his security briefing (isn't he supposed to be focused on keeping us safe?). The retailer had already planned to cut back the product line due to slow sales so they are pulling while putting out the summer stock. But Trump took to using the influence of the Office of the President of the United States to turn it into a personal attack on social media. The retailer had noted a steady decline in sales over the last year or so, so I think it is entirely possible that Trump's petulant attacks on about everyone and everything over the course of the campaign, contributed directly to the cooling of sales, meaning it's Ivanka's own father who's negatively affecting her success. Very sad!
