Between the open kitchen, the chic vibe, and the enviable collection of stylish lighting fixtures, 492 is as much a place to see as it is to be seen. Chef Josh Keeler’s farm-to-table, seasonally inspired menu has featured such delights as charred shishito peppers and delectable confit wings, grilled and then coated with a sauce that hits on all the notes of hot, sour, salty and sweet. Entree favorites have included a grilled short rib with winter squash or a halibut bourride stew made with vermouth.
