It's lit

For nearly three decades, more than four million people have toured James Island County Park’s Holiday Festival of Lights. The driving tour features approximately two million brilliant lights, taking the form of trees, blue crabs, dragons, flamingos, and more. According to the CCPRC, Chief Light Show Supervisor Rich Raab designs the light displays in-house, often getting ideas from greeting cards and coloring books. In addition to the light show there is a ton of stuff to do and see in Santa’s Village and Winter Wonderland including marshmallow roasting, train rides, interactive lakeside lights, an enchanted walking trail, old-fashioned carousel, portable climbing wall, four gift shops, photos with Santa, and live entertainment.
