Your Daily Vid: Polanski's Macbeth

One of the best movie adaptations of Shakespeare's Macbeth, this one by Roman Polanski, the creator of The Pianist, Chinatown and Rosemary's Baby. Here we have the opening scene featuring the three witches. Notice there's no "double, double, toil and trouble." Laconic, eerie instead. —J.S.
