After the shooting targeting a Republican baseball team practice yesterday that seriously injured a top GOP leader, Rep. Mark Sanford told Morning Joe today that he believes President Trump is "at least partially to blame for the demons that have been unleashed," referring also to local sentiment he's seen in the 1st District.
