This woman traded her $2,000 purse for the iPhone of her dreams

Sure, you've heard the stories of the fanboys who've camped out in front of their local Apple mothership, maybe you've even thought of queuing up at the crack of dawn to get your mits on the newest hardware. But one Myrtle Beach woman who waited outside the King Street Apple Store has got you beat.

Submitted without comment: Lisa Hoffman, who says she traded her $2,000 Louis Vuitton purse so she could move up two places in line and get the iPhone of her dreams. She did it all in tribute, she says, to the company's late co-founder, Steve Jobs.
