Harrell says $23,000 in receipts for disputed reimbursements lost in office move
House Speaker Bobby Harrell said Thursday that receipts or documentation for $23,000 of the disputed $280,000 that he reimbursed himself were lost in an office move, but pledged to reimburse his campaign account for the reimbursement.

Bobcats, Hornets make stop in N. Charleston
In a clash of perennial NBA powerhouses... er... dudes who are pretty good at basketball, the Charlotte Bobcats and the New Orleans Hornets (R.I.P. Charlotte Hornets) faced off in an early preseason game at the North Charleston Coliseum Thursday night. Bet you can't guess what happened...!? Bobcats lost. But it was close, so that counts for something, right?
