Cinderella_-_scene_VII.jpg

On Fri. June 4, the Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry is hosting the opening of their new TREEscape exhibit, an interactive tribute to the Angel Oak.

The opening, while a fun activity to keep the kids occupied now that school’s letting out, is also a chance to catch Spoleto and Piccolo performers — for free. The Charleston Ballet Theatre will make an appearance at 9 a.m. And at 10 a.m., the Colla Marionette Company will be there as well. So if you can’t make it to Cinderella or if you think your offspring will be too bored by Philemon and Baucis, make a stop on Ann Street instead.
