Full body experience rooted in food, wellness, and exercise. Taking place on the rooftop of The Dewberry, this pilates class led by Jennie Brooks offers panoramic views of our steeple-peppered skyline. Following the class, fuel your body with a bounty of healthy bites and sips.

Fri. March 8, 8-10 a.m. Sold out. Magnolia Conservatory

Featuring The Works, Sarah Frick's trademarked combination of yoga asana, pranayama (breath), plyo (jumping/heart-pumping moves), core, and strength work. Taking place at Magnolia Conservatory among an array of tropical flora and surrounded by grand cypress trees, this class is rooted in strength + beauty. Followed by healthy bites and sips.

Fri. March 8, 5-7 p.m. Sold out. Privately announced location

Saddle up as you embark on a 45 minute spin ride at a swanky, private location. Following the class you will fuel your body with a bounty of healthy bites and sultry sips. Led by The Harbinger's Cameron Neal and Greer Gilchrist and spin instructor Katie Penta.

Featuring an Exemplar Fitness sweat sesh unlike any you've experienced, this class will leave you feeling empowered and ready to conquer the day. Following the class, you will fuel your body with a bounty of healthy bites and sips from a chef prepared right in the kitchen of this swanky private location.

Sat. March 9, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. $95. The Schoolhouse

Interact with vendors who will introduce you to variety of wellness experiences that will leave you feeling refreshed. While you browse, you'll enjoy delicious bites + sips from culinary experts serving up indulgent recipes without the guilt. From guided meditation to blending essential oils, there is something for everyone. In between, settle in to hear from experts including holistic life coach Elli Richter, Ayurvedic guru Caryn O' Hara, Basic Kitchen chef Nick Wilber, yoga pro Kathryn Budig, and chef/author Seamus Mullen.

Sun. March 10, 8-10 a.m. $65. The Gibbes

The Gibbes' picturesque rotunda garden will serve as an amazing backdrop (and dance floor) where you can shake your groove thing along with Jenny Broe of Charleston's Dance Lab. Refuel with a bounty of bites.

Namaste Bubbly

Sun. March 10, 9:30 a.m.-noon. $95. The Cedar Room

Flex into Sunday Funday with yogi + health enthusiast Kathryn Budig, who will explore + challenge your body. Local healthy fare + imbibe and bubbly to follow.
