We reported Monday that NICO, the new Shem Creek oyster bar concept spearheaded by Nico Romo, will open next Wed. Nov. 1.

According to a press release, the finalized menus (which you can check out in full below) include oysters specially chosen when Chef Romo was on an oyster tour, a Scotch Oyster (an upscale version of an oyster shooter, with, yes, scotch), along with crab verrine, lobster salad, fish cocotte, and gratin de fruits de mer.
