In partnership with Heirloom Foundation, an organization that works to connect hospitality employees with work-life balance opportunities, Reverb Yoga will offer a free weekly class to the local F&B community.

Each Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. the studio will host the free class. No prior experience is necessary and the class will be taught by Beth Cosi, an F&B veteran/certified yoga teacher who was recently quoted in City Paper's "Power Moves" cover story and is considered the founder of brewery yoga.

The class is designed as an unwind practice designed to release tension, reduce stress and ease chronic pain.

For more information on the class in addition to other F&B-focused events, visit theheirloomfoundation.org.
