492’s Signature Dinner welcomed Asheville’s Local Provisions’ Chef Justin Burdett. Along with 492’s Josh Keeler, the two chefs curated a menu that had culinary creativity and finesse.

The simple menu descriptions left diners guessing until the plates hit the table. Winderlea Estate Wines from Dundee Hill’s Oregon flowed generously and the service was tight and orchestrated.

These two chefs are at the top of their game and any guest of the 492 Signature Dinner will surely be talking about this experience long after Pastry Chef Amanee Neirouz’s strawberry panna cotta left the table.
