Last Friday night, a deluge of social media noise announced that Stars on Upper King Street was finally open after months of delay (they had orginally hoped to be open by Aug. 12).

On Friday, Chef Nathan Thurston tweeted: “Words cannot describe how proud I am of the @StarsRooftop team. It’s been an unforgettable journey that I will always cherish. We are open!”

His menu is an interesting lineup of wood-grilled seafood, veggies, and meats.

They are open for dinner daily and weekend brunch. The rooftop bar overlooks King Street and opens daily at 4 p.m. Check it out and let us know what you think.
