Did you say Bloody Bacon Martini?

Brunch is the new black, apparently. The latest fad sweeping Charleston has hit The Mill in North Chuck, but they're putting their own special twist on things.

First of all, they're definitely not going for the church crowd. Brunch starts at noon and goes until 5 p.m., answering the prayers of many late-night prowlers.

Second of all, they're going after the massive bacon fanbase with a Bloody Bacon Martini —  vodka, infused with the smoky, meaty flavor of bacon, gets shaken up with some bloody mix and topped with bacon crumbles and olives. Yuh-um. Sounds like a concoction Sean Brock (a guy who makes a bacon ice cream) would really dig.

The menu will be just as hearty with such favorites as sausage gravy n' biscuits, Monte Cristos, weekly quiche w/ browns, BLT w/ tots, breakfast burrito, pecan praline french toast, and build your own waffle station.
