We may have made a big to-do about how lucky Charleston was to miss the major impacts of this fall’s Hurricane Irma, but some buildings in the area weren’t so fortunate. Following repairs to damage caused by Hurricane Irma, the Folly Beach and West Ashley CCPL branches will reopen within the next few weeks.

The West Ashley Library, located at 45 Windermere Blvd., reopens on Mon. Nov. 27, and The Folly Beach library, located at 55 Center St., reopens Fri. Dec. 1. For more information on Charleston County Libraries, head to ccpl.org.
