It's been just over a year since Mary Norton closed her high-end accessories boutique on King Street. The Charleston entrepreneur started the company from her home in 1998, but last July, it was liquidated. Norton's luxury goods simply weren't as sought-after in the tight economy, and she went out owing more than $5 million, according to court filings.

But we never doubted Norton's talent, so it's no surprise that she's making a comeback. In November, she's launching a new women's accessories line called Frosting on the Home Shopping Network. Bags are priced between $129 and $399, while scarves and wraps are in the $60 range. She spent the last week at "HSN Boot Camp," according to her blog.

"At HSN they make running a mega-organization that is going on 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, seem completely easy and effortless! In bringing “Frosting” to HSN I really feel like I am joining a fun family," Norton writes.

Check out Frosting on the Home Shopping Network on Nov. 11 at 5 p.m. and Nov. 12 at 3 a.m.
