On the heels of this summer's Pop Up Shops in unoccupied King Street storefronts, Lauren Lail of
Library: Archives of Fashion and Jane Pope of
Jane Pope Jewelry and
Balboa are taking over the former Nancy Koltes space for a month-long store called Novel. The store will be open from Nov. 16-Dec. 20 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and things kick off with a grand opening party on the 19th. Expect to see artwork by Kristen Moran and Daniel McSweeney of
Margo Kaufman Gallery, furniture from The Sitting Room, and catering from Made From Scratch by Elizabeth Allen. Lail and Pope will also be doing wardrobe consulting to put together the perfect vintage outfit with the right jewelry. Novel is holding similar parties all month, so check out the collaborative store while it lasts.
