Local slowpokes have quick commuter seeing red

What the flip is the deal with all the people who refuse to turn right on red? There is nobody coming, from ANY direction - GO, goddammit, what the hell's the problem? Jeez this happens several times a day it seems. Was Charleston the last city in the nation to make this legal? And don't get me started about the people who won't edge out into the intersection while waiting in a left turn lane, making me wait an entire full cycle again.

Hey that stuff pisses me off too and I'm not no Yankee... Notice the use of the double negative just like all the Locals do... Yay for the progression of the south!

In many of those intersections, if you HAPPEN to look just to the side of the that darned red light.... there's a little Black and White sign that says "No Turn on Red" ..... and it Is illegal to inch out into the intersection while waiting to make that left hand turn.... Perhaps you should read the South Carolina Driver's Manual. We may be a little slower here, but the roads would be a Lot Safer if Everyone followed the same Rules!!
