Re: “Red Drum

I love Sunday Brunch. It is my favorite meal. I literally look forward to it every week. I have tried tons of brunch places in town. For the longest time Moe's was my hands down favorite (RIP). Triangle was my favorite party brunch place (the food...meh) and had great service.

Red Drum...surpasses them all. The food is fantastic and includes all the choices you would want from traditional to southern to unique (for Charleston). The bartender is always on top of your drink, and they have the most generous mimosas around. I also really like that the guys get their in a pint glass so they can still feel manly.
Get the fork and knife tacos...mmmmm.

If you haven't tried it for brunch - you are missing out.

Re: “Red Drum

Great food, service, adult beverages and valet parking. The Drum beats them all.

Re: “Crave Kitchen & Cocktails

I am never disappointed when I come to Crave - the food not only tastes delicious, but the ingredients are fresh. I have tired a lot of items on the menu - and my personal fav is the Northern Italian Beef and Pork Bolognaise - to die for! My husband has had a hard time deciding what to eat because it is all so good, but he does enjoy the Cedar Plank Salmon. A dinner would not be complete without trying thier creamy mac and cheese and lobster risotto. The service is efficent but it is the food that drives me back here- an hour drive each time!

Try Crave - you won't be disappointed.

Re: “Eurasia Café and Wine Bar

The food is five star excellent. Quite frankly, the best the East Cooper has to offer and right up there with the best downtown has. This place is different in a great way! The service was impeccable, ask for Nate. Simple, elegant decor. This was a very, very unexpected pleasant surprise. Chef Merideth is a truly talented chef and Andy a delight. Stopped in for a quick lunch with my daughter and will return again on Friday. The sweet potato soup is out of this world and do NOT pass up the expresso creme brulee. Hands down the best lunch I have ever had in SC.

Re: “Atlanticville Restaurant

Absolutely fantastic! Everything we ordered was pheonmenal from the Oysters, to the Tile Fish and even the Bread Pudding!! Totally worth the beautiful drive to Sullivan's Island. It's one of a kind!

Re: “Cork Neighborhood Bistro

We had a wonderful dinner at Cork last night. We loved everything about this restaurant!

We started with an appetizer --- the excellent oyster mushroom with ricotta ravioli with white truffle and tomato cream sauce. I ordered the braised short ribs with herbed mashed potatoes, collard greens and rosemary veal demiglace. I highly recommend it. My significant other tried the nightly special: osso bucco with portobello goat cheese risotto and roasted root vegetables. We literally fought over the risotto.

We ended our meal with a decadent slice of chocolate mousse cake.

Cork is a great place to spend an evening --- the atmosphere is laid-back, with locals chatting at the tables outside. The interior is beautiful and inviting. Cork is a serious alternative to downtown Charleston restaurants.

Re: “Cork Neighborhood Bistro

I always thoroughly enjoy my lunch at Cork. I make it a point to have something from the chalkboard, however, so I have not actually had anything off the "regular" menu! Phenomenal food and atmosphere for a great price.

Re: “The Mustard Seed

Hands down one of the best places to eat in Charleston. All the dishes are unique and seem to use some of the freshest and tastiest ingredients. I've only ordered off the regular menu a couple times because the specials board always has some AMAZING choices! Last time I had the Catfish over grits which was covered in some kind of...Almond butter sauce or something incredible, it might have been one of the top 5 meals I have ever eaten. This place will always be a must go to when I want a nice dinner or family/friends come into town.

Re: “Atlanticville Restaurant

Yum. That pretty much sums it up in one word. Their signature dish is a fried oyster appetizer and it should not be missed plus you'll always enjoy fantastic service!! The menu is heavy on delicious seafood options, but they have a great tenderloin dish as well.

Re: “Cru Cafe

I had a wonderful meal here. I ordered a caesar salad, and the "crouton" looked pretty intimidating, but it tasted great with the fresh lettuce, parmesan, and the housemade dressing. My only qualm was that the lettuce was chopped too fine, so it was difficult to stab with the fork. The mussels were meaty, and the broth was superb. Service was friendly and fast, even on a Friday night.
