Women and Wine
Every Thursday at Tristan, women (and men, too) can sample and purchase wines and cheeses made exclusively by females. There’s even a female beer maker who’ll be featured. Each week, there will be a free tasting, and for $6, you can get an Amelia Earhart Flight, which is a choice of three 2 oz. wine pours. Tasting wines will be available for purchase, and regular glasses of wine will be $5, but other than that, the rest of the night is free. Hors d’oeuvres will be served and door prizes (the first will be a $100 gift certificate to Beba Luxe) will be given out. Angie Colyer of Tristan says she hopes the happy hour will be a good networking opportunity for the wine lovers community.
