Lauren Mitterer opened up WildFlour Pastry in the Cannonborough/Elliotborough district last fall. Mitterer is behind the counter nearly every day churning out an ever-changing selection of goodies. In the morning, you'll find hot coffee, scones, biscuits, croissants, and sticky buns. As the day progresses, more serious treats fill the counter — think snickerdoodles, hazelnut flan, cupcakes, and tarts.
